A welcome to our web page from all in the Berkshire Group. Group meeting in Newbury and missed the last minute redirection. On arrival we had found the pub we were meeting at closed for a four day refurbishment starting ‘yesterday’! We texted those who had indicated that they might be coming to direct them to our new meeting place in a close by pub but it is possible that we missed some people who might have turned up on the off chance of meeting us during the evening. Hopefully our next meeting (which will be in Reading on Monday 30th January 2012) will go more according to plan. See the diary page for more details Poster campaigners – we need a team of friendly people who will visit doctors’ surgeries, local chemists, dentists, leisure centres, and anywhere that people congregate, to put up our posters, spreading the word about IBD and about Crohn’s and Colitis UK, who are there to offer help and support.
